They find their insurance allows them to receive ‘out of network’ benefits. Our super-bill has all of the needed information on it (including the doctor’s name and license number) that your insurance company will require. FILING FOR OUT OF NETWORK reimbursement is your responsibility. Your insurance company may or may not reimburse you, depending what out of network benefits you have.
